Full-automatic high-speed blow molding machine

The blow molding machine mode K2D can produce bottle, kettle, can, bucket etc. It is appropriate for small volume high output products. The machine is especially designed for producing with material PE, PP and so on.

Basic installation including

l Die head: special center feeding die head

l Extrusion system: driven by frequency and reducer

l Clamping device: Adopt linear mold moving type. Clamping part uses oil cylinder direct pressure clamping.

l Blowing device: with upper blowing type

l Hydraulic system: pump adopts Italy PHASE servo system which is energy-saving and of low noise. The whole hydraulic system adopts world-famous brand controlling components.

l Electric controlling system: Adopt Japan Panasionic overall machine control system which includes parison thickness controller. Electrical elements adopt famous brand elements..

2. MACHINE PRICE

3. DEFINITION OF OUR PRICE:

The range of this quotation list doesn’t include the following items:

1) Cost for wiring, tubing and the material not included in the machine

2) Material, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil for test run

3) Transportation cost and insurance

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

30% should be paid at order placement.

70% should be paid before shipment.

5. DELIVERY TIME:

At___75_ days after receipt your 30% pre-payment and confirmation by both sides of all technical and commercial details in the contract.

6. TRAINNING:

The supplier should train two or three operating men for free (but the cost for trainee’s board and lodging is not included).

7. INSTALLATION AND START-UP IN THE BUYER’S PLANT:

The buyer should place the machine to the right position and inform the supplier after the machine reach the buyer’s factory. The supplier will send the special men to test run the machine until it is running in normal state. The buyer will bear the come-to-return air tickets, accommodation, and hotel and so on in customer’s side. And the buyer will pay USD200/day/person as technician labor cost when he leaves factory until leave client’s plant.

8. GUARANTEE FOR QUALITY:

Our guarantee is valid for a period of 13 months from the date of B/L.

If the malfunction caused of the machine’s self-quality, we will troubleshoot it for free. But when we change the parts attainted which should be changed to new ones, the buyer should support with all strength. After guarantee, we will charge material cost.

9. VALIDITY OF OUR OFFER:

Our offer is valid for any order placed within a period of 30 days. Unless otherwise stated all quotations and technical data are based on this list

Our offer is offered for the buyer’s need in selecting and not acts as the enclosure of contract. The contract is the only standard.
