1．主机为4×φ80导柱结构，导柱材料45＃钢调质，外镀硬铬，刚性好，导正性能精确，耐磨损，有助于模具剪口使用寿命。

The structure of energy is 4×φ80 guide pillers with the durable material of ＃45 steel tempering and chrome plated outside. It has accurate guidance and abrasion resistance helpful to extend the service life of die snip.

2．模台液压升降，减少震动和噪音。

The up and down function for hydraumatic of die stand can reduces shakes and noises.

3．加热器（电炉）分为16区，温控仪实现PID自动温控调节，温控误差＜1.5℃。

Heater devided into16 zones. Temperature controller is PID automatic temperature control with error ranges within 1.5℃

4．加热器采用埋入式陶瓷远红外辐射组件，热效应高，安全可靠。

Heater adopts buried type ceramics far infrared radiation component. It’s highly heat effect and reliable.

5．送片链条采用带齿双排滚子链，链轨内藏冷却水路、冷却效率高，具有节省水源，内侧罩不锈板、导链轨条采用45#钢锻打、表面渗氮、工作面硬度高、寿命长。

Conveyor chain use double row roller chain with gear. Water-cooling tube in chain track ensures high cooling efficiency and water-saving. Stainless steel board covers the inner machine body. Nitrinized-38CrMoAlA-made chain track guarantees its hardness and durability .

6．低重心设计，出杯高度低，运行平稳，符合人体站立操作及观察最佳高度。

Low barycenter and height of finished products as well as steady running ensures easy operation and friendly viewing.

7．变频送片组合，控制精度高，启停响应迅速。每次送片的误差不超过1㎜，起到节省片材的作用。

Frequency motor-driven sheet feeder, high precision sheet feeding with error rate ranging from 1mm ensures sheet saving.

8. 各电机均安装了过流保护装置。

All motors install over-current protection.

9. 采用“SIEMENS”PLC控制，确保整机各动作运行精度更高。

10. 配置边角料卷绕机构（飞龙减速机），最大卷径0.8m，且换卷方便。
