The blow molding machine model HC120●220L can produce chemical packing container fit to international marine regulations for dangerous and large blowing bottle, such as chemical packing container, food, architectural dope, drug packing container, etc. 220 double L ring output can reach 17pc/h.
Basic installation including
1,Die head: 20L accumulator die head with parison controller
2,Parison controller: B&R 100 point
3,Extrusion system: screw diameter is 120mm; L/D is 30D;adopt automatic temperature controlling device; use hard teeth reducer to drive screw
4,Clamping device: use double pull staff and straight line displacement sensor
5,Take out device: use cylinder to drive
6,Blowing device: bottom blowing
7,Pneumatic system: adopt Europe brand
8,Hydraulic system: proportion pressure controlling; adopt YUKEN or othere import brand
9,Electric controlling system: adopt programmable controller according to Europe standard.
