It is used to mix the food grade GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) Granules, talc powder, HIPS, Absorbent Masterbatch and color agent etc according to the fixed ratio so that we can get the special PS roll. After mixiing all the material, it will be suck into the feeding hopper. There is a button to switch and then it will be feeded in to feeding hopper. NO.1extruder is used to heat all the mixed material to be liquid state.After the mixed material to be liquid at NO. 1 Extruder, there is a hole at middle to be injected the Butane gas for foam. so we need this butane gas pump.This Digital Pressure Gauge will show us the pressure we need. Different pressure means different volumes butane gas injected and then we can get different quality PS roll as we need.For new machine, there will be dust inside the screw and if you use recycling material to produce PS roll, there will be dust too. So, we need set a filter changer to filter the impurity out. The filter screen can be changed easily by hydraulic station control. And the pressure will be showed on the screen too. There are to electric cabinet. One is control cabinet; it is controlled by frequency exchanger. The NO. 1 & NO.2 Extruder screw rotating speed and Butane Gas Injecting Speed can be adjusted at the screen. So that we can adjust the work speed and product different quality requirement. One is temperature control cabinet. All heating zones temperature will be showed on the panel and we can set the temperature we need and the real temperature also can be showed on the panel.The button of air cooling and water cooling is also on the cabinet.
